uwaaahh....very interesting question because i always have this trouble! really troublesome especially when i was tired and really needed a good sleep...
first: i will wash my face and feet (sometimes it's because the weather is too hot...)
second: just stay static...i will not toss around because it will keep me awake. sometimes, i could go sleep easily this way.
third: still having trouble? started to toss around hehehe....then, i will listen to my mp3...actually i have put a folder with certain songs just in case i couldn't sleep...so, i don't have to choose songs which will make me stay awake. many times, this works with me.
finally: what? still can't sleep and have been trying for almost an hour? what do i do? wake up and go watch a movie...or movies until i get really tired....hahaha
