Langkawi 2012-Day 3 (Mangrove Sightseeing)

Now, the day to start our package!

We were going for Mangrove Sightseeing!

It was listed in the package that we were going for a tour along the river to see the beautiful scenery of mangrove! Then, we were going to several caves and also see eagle feeding! We were also going to feed monkeys! Seriously, feeding the monkey!

But, we didn't have pictures at the eagle feeding...

Oh, but first, we went to a floating fish farm...check out these pictures...

-At the jetty-

-It was looking for food-

-Yes, I only fed them once. Suddenly I got scared because there were too many monkeys hahaha-

-We gave them nuts-

-It was holding the nut-

-They only went to people who had food-

-Then, they went to another boat-

-Lunch at a floating restaurant-

-Floating fish farm-

-At a private beach-

-We were given an hour to swim but we opted not to swim because there wasn't any changing area-

-So, we decided to snap pictures-

-I can't remember where this was...hurmn..but hey, it was said that the hill behind me was million years of age...can't exactly remember huhu...I should have brought my journal...maybe 75 million years? For what I remember, the word DINOSAUR-

-But it was one of the islands listed in the tour-

-At Gua Kelawar (Bat's Cave)-

-The bats were sleeping. We weren't allowed to use any flash and to make any noise. There were hundreds of them on the ceiling!-

-At the signboard-

-It was so peaceful-

-Maybe he's a researcher?-

-This was the boat that took us-

After the mangrove sightseeing, we were so, very damn tired! BUT we thought to ourselves, it would be such a waste of time if we decided to take a nap. Plus, if we slept, we would have trouble to sleep early that night.

So, we decided to go to Dataran Lang at Kuah, just to see the giant eagle and maybe do some shopping. We were staying at Cenang Beach. So, the distance to Kuah was about 30 minutes driving...

-It was sunset when we arrived there-

-Just like at the Cable Car, the weather changed so suddenly-

-We made a conclusion: the weather here would change any time-

Seriously, there was a storm coming! So, we scurried to our rental car and searched for a shelter. We ended up at a shop selling cheap chocolates!!! So, we did our shopping (only chocolates) and headed back to our motel.

We must sleep early because we were going for snorkelling!!!!
